Shipping Policy

  1. Advanced Devices Limited offers secure and affordable in-house delivery services within Nairobi and its environs.
  2. For clients located outside of Nairobi, we partner with reliable shipping providers such as Fargo Couriers and G4S Courier.
  3. Advanced Devices Limited offers free shipping within Nairobi for goods worth KSh 35,000 and above, provided the packages can be transported via motorbike.
  4. Goods valued below KSh 35,000 will attract a delivery fee of less than KSh 500, depending on the location.
  5. For orders outside Nairobi, please contact us for shipping estimates from our delivery partners.
  6. For fragile and delicate products, we advise clients to insure their items while in transit.
  7. Orders received before 4:00 PM will be dispatched the same day, while orders placed after 4:00 PM will be dispatched the following day.
  8. For orders placed outside Nairobi, clients can choose between payment on order or payment on delivery options.
  9. Orders that require sourcing from distributors will be dispatched within 2 hours from the time of placing the order.
