If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms apply to any products that you purchase from us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 7 days from the date on which you received the Goods or when a third party you have appointed (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the product.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision with a clear statement. You can contact us through:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same method of payment used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days

  • The Goods are in their original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized

  • Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have expired

  • Goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

  • Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Goods on sale may not be refunded unless required by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. Please send returns to:

We are not responsible for Goods damaged or lost during return shipping. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. Refunds cannot be issued without receipt of the Goods or proof of delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the Goods were not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
